Massage Therapy

Gretta graduated from Mind Body Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. The massage therapy program consisted of 700 hours. Courses studied included introductory and advanced human anatomy and physiology, pathology, biomechanics, muscle testing, adult CPR, adjunct therapies (including prenatal and seated massage, active isolated stretching, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial, hydrotherapy, and self-care techniques), and 100 hours clinical practice in student clinic.

 

Nutritional Therapy

She graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association’s Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program in June 2017. This program was a nine-month curriculum which provided a comprehensive foundation in functional, holistic nutrition including basic chemistry concepts, science of food and its nutritional components and scientific principles about how the human body functions, anatomically and physically.
