Health & Illness
If you’re feeling unwell or have a contagious illness (such as a cold, flu, COVID-19, stomach virus, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or a contagious skin condition like poison ivy), please reschedule your appointment. This helps protect both me and the clients I’ll see after you.
Please let me know about any significant changes to your health, injuries, medications, or surgeries before your appointment so I can provide the safest massage possible.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are charged the full session fee. Appointments are non-transferable to new clients. Because all new clients complete an intake and screening process, other individuals cannot attend in place of the scheduled client.
If you’re running late, I’ll do my best to make the most of our time together, but your session will still end at its scheduled time so I can stay on schedule for the rest of the day.
During Your Massage
Your comfort is important to me. Please let me know if you’d like more or less pressure or if anything feels uncomfortable at any point during your session.
You’re welcome to undress only to your comfort level. Professional draping is always used, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
Professional Boundaries
Massage therapy is always professional and non-sexual. Any inappropriate comments, requests, or behavior will end the session immediately. The full session fee will still apply, and future appointments will not be accepted.
Refunds
Gift certificates and prepaid services are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
